Our Vision Statement. Our vision is to connect Rural America to all opportunities and equality afforded to all.

Our Mission Statement. Our mission is to make an impact by bridging the gap of awareness and advocacy to sparsely populated rural America by offering outreach programs and services to promote development and mobility to all residents regardless of race, age, gender, disability, religion or sexual preferences.

Our Values Statement. Our ideals and principles derive from our core values and the reason of our being. The revised core values: Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Community, Empowerment, Inclusiveness and Compassion guides the decision-making, actions and behaviors of everything C.A.V.E. represents and presents to all.
