Our journey have been slow but steady. We have met many times and discussed what we wanted CAVE to become in the community. We knew we wanted change. We knew we wanted empowerment. We knew we wanted to bridge the gap to under-served or under-resourced communities located in rural areas. We bundled these intentions and called it CAVE or Community Action Volunteer Experience. Our name encompasses the 2 concepts we have reiterated since the birth of CAVE on July 25, 2019. Together, Community Action and Volunteer Experience is what we need to make a difference.
